Welcome to OmaApply ("OmaApply", "we", "our", or "us").

OmaApply is a student mobility platform that connects international students with universities, accommodation providers, immigration support services, and other partners to facilitate the student journey from admission to arrival.

By accessing or using the OmaApply platform, website, mobile application, or services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.

You must be at least 16 years old to use OmaApply.

By using the Services, you represent that:

• The information you provide is accurate and truthful.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activities occurring under your account.
• Promptly notifying OmaApply of any unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

OmaApply facilitates communication and application processes between students and educational institutions.

OmaApply:

• Does not guarantee admission to any institution.
• Does not guarantee visa approval or residence permit approval.
• Does not guarantee accommodation availability.
• Is not responsible for decisions made by universities, government authorities, or third-party providers.

All admission, scholarship, immigration, and accommodation decisions are made independently by the relevant organizations.

Unless otherwise stated, OmaApply does not charge students for standard application support services.

Universities, accommodation providers, insurance providers, or other partners may pay OmaApply referral, recruitment, or service fees.

Any fees charged directly to users will be clearly disclosed before payment.

You retain ownership of all documents, application materials, and information uploaded to the platform.

By uploading content, you grant OmaApply a non-exclusive license to:

• Store the content.
• Process the content.
• Share the content with universities and service providers selected by you.

You represent that you have the right to provide all uploaded materials.

Users may not:

• Submit false information.
• Upload fraudulent or forged documents.
• Attempt unauthorized access to the platform.
• Interfere with platform operations.
• Violate applicable laws.

Violation may result in account termination.

All platform content, software, trademarks, branding, logos, and intellectual property rights remain the property of OmaApply or its licensors.

Users may not copy, distribute, or exploit platform content without written permission.

The platform may contain links or integrations with third-party services.

OmaApply is not responsible for:

• Third-party content.
• Third-party services.
• Third-party privacy practices.

Users interact with third parties at their own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OmaApply shall not be liable for:

• Admission decisions.
• Visa or residence permit refusals.
• Accommodation disputes.
• Employment outcomes.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

The total liability of OmaApply shall not exceed the amount paid directly to OmaApply by the user during the previous 12 months.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if users violate these Terms.

Users may close their account at any time.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Finland.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Finland.
